Just 2km from Takoradi’s town centre, behind the Atlantic Hotel, is a lovely stretch of palm fringed beach. The beach also has a private club with an 18-hole golf course, a tennis court, and a club house with catering facilities. Although the club’s facilities are reserved for members, visitors may make reservations in advance by contacting the webmaster.
